After implementation, IPL HRMS provides full-scale support and maintenance to ensure all the customers can operate the system smoothly with the best assistance.

  • Support Service - During the support period, IPL HRMS will provide customers with assistance via telephone, fax and email. Onsite support or face-to-face meetings will also be provided when necessary.
  • Free Updates - In respect of any changes in the Employment Ordinance, Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Ordinance or IR56 reports, IPL HRMS will provide relevant generic updates at no extra cost to the customer who has subscribed the Support & Maintenance Service.
  • New Feature Updates - Customers will be informed periodically regarding new major releases during the Support & Maintenance Service period.
